Geoff Johnson

Geoff Johnson is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over two decades of experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Capita, Geoff has contributed significantly since joining in April 2013, including leading recruitment efforts for key projects like the Capita Smart Meter Project (DCC) in collaboration with executive leadership. Prior to Capita, Geoff co-founded Intuitive Recruitment, where a focus on building long-term business relationships was emphasized, alongside previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Connections Recruitment, where a diverse client base across the IT and sales sectors was developed. Geoff began their career as a Mortgage Underwriter at Capital Home Loans and holds educational credentials from the University of Plymouth and Shebbear College.
