Jan Lednik

Jan Lednik is the Finance Director at Capita, where they focus on Group Integrations and Separations. Previously, they served as a Manager in PwC's Structuring Services team, providing expert advice on corporate transactions. Jan's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Associate in PwC's Banking and Capital Markets practice and a Summer Intern at ING's Infrastructure Finance & Advisory Team. They earned a First Class Honours degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and became ACA qualified in 2013 with first-time passes.
