Leanne Richardson

Leanne Richardson is a highly experienced planning professional with a diverse background in various planning roles. Starting as a Planning Assistant at East Riding of Yorkshire Council from February 2004 to July 2008, Leanne progressed to Planning Officer positions at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham from June 2015 to July 2018, managing a high caseload and negotiating with developers for favorable outcomes. Leanne served as a Senior Planner at Nexus Planning for a brief period in 2018 before moving to AAH Planning Consultants as a Planning Consultant from January 2019 to December 2021.
