Michael Dicker

Michael Dicker is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in military partnership and recruitment processes. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Capita since December 2017, Michael focuses on recruiting soldiers for the British Army in East Anglia. In addition to this role, Michael has been a Recruiter and Signaler in the Army Reserves since May 2013, where responsibilities include organizing recruiting and outreach events and delivering presentations about the Army Reserves. Previous experience includes working as a Consultant at PageGroup, contributing to the recruitment industry with a focus on high-level professionals, and assisting with customer management strategies at RBS. Michael's early career features roles in recruitment and fundraising for organizations such as The Opportunity Network and Greenpeace. An Officer Cadet in the British Army from 2010 to 2012, Michael developed leadership and communication skills, culminating in a CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Swansea University.
