Mitchell Willis

Mitchell Willis has extensive experience in operations and resource management within the fire and rescue sector, currently serving as Operations and Resource Manager for Capita Fire and Rescue since January 2013. In addition to this role, Mitchell functions as a Strategic Transactions - Sales & Integration Advisor, providing critical support regarding TUPE regulations, employee transitions during contract changes, and stakeholder engagement through various communication methods. Prior to joining Capita, Mitchell held the position of Customer Relations Manager at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd from August 2009 to December 2012, where responsibilities included leading a team to address customer care queries for retail franchises. Mitchell earned a BA in Leisure and Sport Studies from Leeds Beckett University from 2005 to 2008.
