Nigel White is an experienced senior leader and certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, currently serving as a Business Architect at Capita, where they shape business strategy and improvement initiatives for public services across the UK. Previously, at Yorkshire Building Society, they created an internal consultancy team and established effective change methodologies, delivering significant financial benefits. With a robust background in process improvement, Nigel has also led large-scale initiatives at Network Rail, which enhanced operational efficiency and delivered substantial savings. They hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership from Warwick University and a BA Hons in Business and Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University.
