Philip Carr

Philip Carr is an experienced Transformation Director and Chief Technology Officer with a strong background in delivering large-scale transformation programs across various sectors. Currently serving as the CTO for Capita's Army Partnership Project, Philip is responsible for significant cost reduction and candidate experience enhancements within a multi-year, high-value contract. Previous roles include leading business transformation initiatives at Fera Science Ltd and extensive experience managing complex programs for organizations such as BT Group Finance, Coventry Building Society, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, NHS Connecting for Health, and Transport for London. Earlier career phases included consulting positions at Hedra and Atos Consulting, as well as engineering roles at Rolls-Royce. Philip's educational background includes studies at Denstone College.
