Rupali Jamdade

Rupali Jamdade is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a career spanning multiple roles in the payroll domain. Currently serving as a Payroll Analyst at Capita since July 2025, Rupali has previously contributed to PeopleStrong as a Payroll Specialist from October 2022 to June 2025, and worked as a Payroll Associate at Paysquare Consultancy Ltd. from November 2020 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Executive at Mahindra Logistics Limited in Pune from December 2017 to July 2018. Rupali holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed between 2013 and 2015.
