Susan Smith

Susan Smith is a Market Leader in Public Sector Pensions at Capita Pension Solutions since 2025. They have held various roles at Capita Pensions and Benefits since 2020, including Client Services Director, and previously served as Technical Services Director at Capita from 2012 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Susan worked as a Project Analyst at Computacenter and spent six years as a Project Manager at FSA. They earned a BA Hons in English Literature and Politics from Queen's University Belfast between 1994 and 1997.
