Susan Steele

Susan Steele, MBA, is a Senior Operations Manager at Capita, where they have worked since 2017, progressing to their current role in 2025. They previously held various positions at Royal & Sun Alliance from 2000 to 2002, including Team Manager, as well as roles at The Indigo Lighthouse Group and Virgin Media. Susan earned their MBA in Strategy, Operations, Creativity, and Innovation from The Open University and holds a 2:1 Honours degree in Psychology from the same institution, alongside another Psychology degree from the University of Glasgow.
