Tim O'Hare has extensive experience in military leadership and officer selection, currently serving as Centre Manager for Officer Selection at Capita Resourcing since May 2014. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Vice President at the Army Officer Selection Board from March 2013 to April 2014, responsible for selecting new British Army officers. Tim's career with the British Army spanned from 1979 to March 2013, during which key roles included Chief of Staff, overseeing the assessment and selection of officer candidates, and command positions related to training and operational planning. Tim has also contributed to financial planning and resource management initiatives, as well as infrastructure support at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Educationally, Tim is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and attended Lord Wandsworth College.
