Tom H.

Tom H. is an experienced leader and security culture expert with a diverse skill set. A former Major in the British Army, Tom held various roles including Close Protection Team Leader and Senior Learning & Development Manager, delivering impactful training and security initiatives. Previously serving as the Learning & Development Lead for the Chief Security Office at Barclays PLC, Tom is now leading Security Culture transformation at Capita. Tom holds a First Class Honours BA in Leadership and Management, a PGCE in Professional Development, and an MSc in Education Practice and Innovation.
