Vikas Pawar

Vikas Pawar is a seasoned software testing professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Beginning a career as a Software Engineer at Softtact from August 2006 to August 2008, Vikas focused on unit testing, test case preparation, test execution, and defect management. Transitioning to Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd. as a Test Engineer from November 2009 to June 2011, Vikas further honed testing skills. Since June 2011, Vikas has been serving as a Senior Test Lead at Capita, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java and TestNG and leading a 12-member team in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, completed in 2006, and also received an SSC from Maharashtra Mitra Mandal in Ulhasnagar, Thane, Maharashtra.
