Vikash Patel

Vikash Patel is an enthusiastic learner with a passion for understanding diverse cultures and life experiences. They built an educational YouTube channel, GYANLAB, from the ground up during the lockdown, amassing over 120,000 subscribers. Vikash interned at JW Marriott, where they learned the significance of trust and coordination in creating a welcoming guest experience. With recent experience as a Junior Revenue Cycle Representative at IKS Health and currently working as an Executive Customer Manager at Capita, they continue to thrive in customer service and team collaboration. Vikash holds a BSc in Food Preparation from Kohinoor College of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies.
