Wayne Cook

Wayne Cook is a Senior Learning and Development Consultant with extensive experience in the Royal Navy, where they served as a Chief Petty Officer in Weapons Engineering from 1996 to 2022. They held various positions, including Coaching and Mentoring Advisor and Military Leadership Instructor at the Royal Naval Leadership Academy, focusing on the development of future leaders. Currently, Wayne is working for CAPITA as a Phase 3 Instructor while pursuing a Foundation degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Portsmouth. Passionate about grassroots football, Wayne is dedicated to developing young players both on and off the pitch.
