Formed in 1991, Capital Alliance is a direct lender and real estate asset manager located in San Rafael, California. We Underwrite and Fund Non-QM and Private Money Bridge Loans for fix and flip transactions,  commercial and mixed-use properties.  We provide both debt and equity capital for all types of residential real estate transactions.

Capital Alliance has funded nearly $1 billion in real estate financing transactions with special expertise in providing bridge and short-term financing for income-producing one-to-four units, multi-family and mixed-use residential properties. Our underwriting philosophy utilizes a "common sense" evaluation approach, focuses on mitigating risk, emphasizes speed in execution, and the ability to structure a loan transaction outside of a traditional institutional framework.
