The chief architect and designer, Sandra Alder, is licensed in the State of Washington, State of Oregon, Idaho, Hawaii and British Columbia, and is well versed in residential and commercial construction.

In addition to owning her own business, Sandra Alder also serves in the community on a number of boards.
