Blake Wise

Blake Wise has vast experience in human resources, having worked as an HR and Training Manager at Belco Community Credit Union for over 14 years before assuming the role of Human Resources Manager at Capital Area Intermediate Unit. Blake graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations in 2007.
