Rob Morrison

Rob Morrison is an accomplished manager with a strong background in healthcare sales and operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Small Group Sales and Account Management at Capital Blue Cross, Rob oversees a team that insures over 5,000 small businesses across a 21-county territory. Previously, Rob held multiple roles at Capital Blue Cross, including Salesforce Business Analyst and Account Executive for Major Market customers, where the focus was on optimizing sales processes and developing benefit strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Benefit Design Specialists, Inc., where oversight of daily operations and collaboration with client managers and brokers were key responsibilities. Rob holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Rider University.
