Established in 2006, Capital Builders has always produced the most up to date, strikingly intriguing, modern homes.

Capital Builders is led by CEO, Karun Magon, a graduate of Texas A & M University with a Bachelors of Science in Management. Karun has always had an admiration for architecture and design and is continuously pushing his team to pave the way to construct detail oriented projects with modern technology. His work has been featured in the Houston Modern Home Tours and he has won several awards including Houston’s Best Prism Awards for Best Home Builder, to name a few.
