Shah Hoque

Shah Hoque currently serves as Chief Risk Officer (UK) and Group Head of Operational Risk at Capital.com, starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, Shah worked at Nationwide Building Society from August 2021 to May 2023 as the Operational Risk, Controls and Governance Manager, where responsibilities included assessing emerging risks and providing insightful reports to senior leadership and board committees. From September 2016 to July 2021, Shah was part of the Financial Conduct Authority, focusing on operational resilience and risk, supporting supervision teams in evaluating responses to technology and cyber risks, and assessing the risks associated with outsourcing and third-party providers.
