Jordan Dermer

Jordan Dermer is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in development and leasing. As the Founder and Co-CEO of Capital Developments since January 2007, Jordan has played a pivotal role in the company's growth. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Development Officer and Director of Development at TriGranit from September 1998 to December 2006, and as Director of Leasing at Trizechahn Office Properties between April 1994 and August 1998. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Industrial Relations from McGill University and has completed a Diplôme d'études collégiales at Marianopolis College, as well as a High School Diploma from Lower Canada College.
