Sam Postelnik

Sam Postelnik is a finance and investments professional with experience in mixed-use developments and multi-family investments. Currently serving as Manager of Finance and Investments at Capital Developments since September 2021, Sam previously held the role of Analyst in Investments at Starlight Investments from July 2019 to September 2021. Early in the career, Sam gained valuable experience as an Intern in Asset Management at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in 2018. Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Honors Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University, obtained between 2017 and 2019, and studied at Huron University from 2015 to 2017.
