Tim Hamelin

Tim Hamelin, CPA, CA, currently holds the position of Vice-President and Controller at Capital Developments since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tim served as Vice-President of Finance at Northcrest Developments from July 2019 to August 2022 and as Controller at TAS in Toronto from October 2017 to June 2019. Tim's experience also includes serving as Project Controller at Cresford Developments from January 2015 to October 2017 and as Manager of Audit and Assurance as well as Senior Accountant at BDO Canada between September 2009 and December 2014. Tim completed a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a Specialization in Finance and a Diploma in Accounting from Western University, along with additional training at the CFA Institute.
