Todd Cowan is the founder and co-chief executive officer of Capital Developments, a leading company in real estate development, investment, and management. They have over 30 years of experience in the field and delivered landmark projects across Canada and Europe. They served as Chief Executive Officer of TriGranit Development Corporation (2000–2006) and also held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer there. They completed prestigious programs at Harvard University and Columbia University, and are pursuing an HBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business.
