In 1985, Capital Imaging became the first freestanding provider of diagnostic medical imaging in the Capital District, and led the way in ensuring residents had access to open MRI technology. In addition to MRIs, we offer 3D Mammography and 3D Breast Ultrasound,  fluoroscopy, general sonography, bone densitometry (DXA), multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT), and Breast Biopsy Procedures . We take pride in ensuring the highest level of patient care possible. That is why we staff our center with board-certified medical professionals who constantly and diligently stay on top of the latest findings and procedures.  We are proud to have received the Breast Center of Excellence certification and a designated Lung Cancer Screening Center by the AMERICAN COLLEGE OF RADIOLOGY (ACR)
