&Capital is an private investment firm based in Toronto focusing on building and operating acquisition platforms in the business services sector in Canada.

At &Capital, we believe businesses need investment in purpose, people, and building a distinct customer proposition. As a private investment firm, we align with Founders on that first, and then focus on the capital for growth.

Our Difference
We believe in a value “creation” model as opposed to a value “capture” model which is common among other private equity firms. As entrepreneurs with a growth mindset, we look beyond the balance sheet and have a permanent view of our investments.

We partner with and invest in talented founders and management teams who have a vision for growth, and work collaboratively with them to optimize the business for long-term success.
