Ben Lamm

Ben Lamm has been a dedicated leader at Capital One since 1999, currently serving as the COO of the Trade Credit business, which they helped acquire in 2019. They lead a team of 300, encompassing operations and risk functions, and are recognized for building high-performing teams. Previously, Ben held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Risk, and contributed significantly to the Military Business Resource Group, supporting veterans. Ben earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and has extensive experience in risk management and operational excellence. They are a veteran of the US Army, having served as an intelligence officer.
