Ben Marples has over 25 years of IT experience, primarily within Capital One and IBM. Currently serving as the Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Manager at Capital One since December 2010, Ben has focused on automating Linux server builds to enhance delivery speed and consistency. Prior roles at Capital One included Infrastructure Automation Specialist and WinTel/VMWare Engineer, where responsibilities included project design, implementation, and documentation. At IBM, Ben worked as a WinTel Systems Specialist, providing server support and mentoring the Indian support team. Ben's early career included various roles in desktop support and IT maintenance at Capital One and Bemrose School, showcasing a strong foundation in both infrastructure and service management.
