Beth Kiley has over a decade of experience in coordination roles, currently serving as a Principal Coordinator at Capital One since July 2016, where responsibilities include assisting customers with system access issues, coordinating resolution of customer concerns, and collaborating with various business areas to improve processes and mitigate complaints.
