Bill Squire

Bill Squire is a versatile team member currently serving as a Technology Risk Guide in Cyber Risk & Analysis at Capital One since 2022. Bill has extensive experience supporting operational readiness, business continuity, and information technology programs for the United States Federal Government, with roles including Risk Manager and Emergency Preparedness Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton. Previously, Bill acted as an Operational Resiliency Manager at MBL Technologies Inc. and served for seven years as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard with the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team. Bill holds a B.S. in Security and Risk Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where the focus was on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
