Brian Hagerty

Brian Hagerty has a wealth of experience in the legal field, with a background in representing clients in various civil and criminal litigation matters. Brian currently serves as the Director, Assistant General Counsel at Capital One, where Brian oversees the TIDE Litigation team. Before their role at Capital One, Brian worked as a Senior Manager, Senior Counsel at Williams & Connolly LLP. Brian also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Brian holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
