Cassandra Ramirez, MBA, MS, CMP, is a seasoned events professional with extensive experience in planning and executing large-scale events across various sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Events & Experiences Planner at Capital One since August 2022, Cassandra is responsible for creating impactful experiences for 5,000 associates in the Commercial Banking division. Prior to this role, Cassandra was a Senior Event Planner at Freddie Mac, managing over 80 live and virtual events yearly for the Single-Family division. With a background in consulting, Cassandra coached small businesses on sales-enablement strategies and managed strategic marketing events for various clients. Earlier career roles include Marketing & Event Manager at inpex, where Cassandra developed branded marketing toolkits for pet adoption events, and Event Manager at Affinity Health Plan, overseeing a team to execute community outreach events in multiple counties.
