Daniel Cha is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Manager of Software Engineering at Capital One since May 2025, Daniel has previously held key roles at Thirty Madison from January 2021 to June 2025, including Engineering Manager II and Senior Software Engineer. Daniel has successfully led Site Reliability Engineering teams, implemented continuous deployment pipelines, and managed incident response programs. With a strong background in developing cloud infrastructure and microservices using AWS, Kubernetes, and various programming languages, Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
