Diego B.

Diego B. has a diverse background in cultural resources, history, and public service, with internship experience at organizations such as the National Park Service, Museo de la Memoria y los Derechos Humanos, and various roles at Pitzer College. As an ACE CRDIP Museum Services Intern, Diego cataloged and managed Civil War artifacts, while serving as a Cultural Geography and GIS Intern involved in archival research and event organization. Contributions as a research assistant included supporting projects focused on memory activism, and a senior thesis examined memorial museums in post-dictatorship Chile. Additionally, leadership roles within Pitzer College's Student Senate and the E12 Excellence in Public Service Internship Program highlight Diego's commitment to community engagement and service. Future plans include fellowship and associate positions that continue this trajectory in art, community engagement, and human resources.
