Earl Smith is currently the Senior Managing Director and Head of the Strategic Investments Group at Capital One. They have been with Capital One since 2015, previously holding the position of Managing Director in Strategic Investor Programs and the Healthcare Loan Group. Prior to that, they served as Managing Director of the Healthcare Loan Group at GE Capital from 1996 to 2015. Earl is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Penn State University.
