Grace Wu

Grace Wu has extensive experience in software engineering, holding positions at Capital One from August 2020 to February 2024 as both a Principal Associate Software Engineer and Senior Associate Software Engineer. Prior to this, Grace served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia, where management of lab sessions for over 120 students was conducted, focusing on software development methodologies. A Cloud Development Intern at Plus3 IT Systems, Grace was involved in debugging and feature development for a data analytics application, as well as creating a remediation framework in AWS. As Chief Wiki Programmer for the iGEM Foundation, management and design of the Virginia iGEM wiki and development of a command-line build tool were key responsibilities. Grace earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, following an Advanced Diploma from Loudoun County High School.
