Heidi Andrion

Heidi Andrion is an accomplished Credit Executive with over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, both domestically and internationally. Currently, they serve as the Head of Credit Review at Capital One, where they lead a team focused on consumer and commercial credit assurance and data analytics. Previously, Heidi held leadership roles at Citigroup and Bank of America, as well as served as a VP at Chase Manhattan Bank. They hold an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Heidi is passionate about talent development and advancing diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
