Jackie Jamison

Jackie Jamison is the Head of HR for Risk Management and Audit at Capital One, with extensive experience in leading HR strategies for senior executives and their organizations, including Enterprise Risk Management and Credit Risk. Since October 2011, Jackie has developed talent, diversity and inclusion, retention, compensation, and organizational health initiatives for approximately 2,500 employees. Previous roles include Head of HR for Legal and Audit, Sr. Director of HR Client Consulting, and Director of HR Client Consulting, showcasing a strong background in HR consulting and diversity management. Jackie has also contributed as a mentor in the HOLA program, supporting the development of Hispanic associates. Earlier career experience at Capital One includes leadership of the Campus Recruiting function and strategic recruiting initiatives for various roles. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
