Jay Doyen is an OEF veteran with over 10 years of IT experience, currently serving as a Senior Major Incident Manager at Capital One. Previously, Jay held Major Incident Manager roles at Dell and Capital One, and served as a Cyber Network Operator in the United States Marine Corps.
