Jeff Bartow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, technology strategy, and management consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management for Digital Workspace at Capital One since August 2022, Jeff leads initiatives focused on enhancing the Associate Experience through a variety of platforms. Previously, in the role of Senior Director of Technology Strategy & Intelligence at Capital One, Jeff spearheaded the emerging tech strategy, including Generative AI, collaborating closely with senior executives. Jeff’s background includes significant roles at Bain & Company between 2014 and 2022, overseeing the EMEA Enterprise Technology practice and leading consulting teams for Financial Services clients. Early career experiences at The NPD Group, Lazard, Booz & Company, and The Cambridge Group provided a strong foundation in analytics and strategic consulting. Jeff holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has advanced degrees in International Business from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
