John Snuggs has extensive experience in business process management and agile project leadership, beginning their career at Deloitte & Touche in 1995 as a consultant focused on workflow systems for business process automation. After roles at Computer Associates and Total Systems Solutions, they joined Capital One, where they held various positions culminating in Agile Delivery Lead in the Cyber Security department. Currently, John serves as the Cyber Technical Product Owner for Endpoint Security at Capital One, where they collaborate on creating secure systems with minimal impact. Additionally, John leads agile practices at Navy Mutual Aid Association, developing standards and delivering complex technical projects.
