Joyce Chen is a Growth Product Lead at Capital One with an extensive background in design, strategy, and user experience. Joyce has held various leadership positions at companies such as Jump Associates and Frito Lay. Joyce has also worked as a freelance User Experience Designer and held internship roles at Google, Synaptics, and Volkswagen Electronics Research Lab. Joyce holds a Master of Design in Design Planning from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from Stanford University.
