Kate Grillo is an Executive Creative Director specializing in brand identity and design systems. They began their career as a Designer at Fairly Painless Advertising and advanced through roles at Siegel + Gale as a Senior Designer and later as a Design Director. Kate co-founded Camp Studios and held key creative positions at VSA Partners and Capital One, where they currently serve as Group Creative Director, leading the Enterprise Brand Creative team. They earned a BFA in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art & Design.
