Lance Guthrie

Lance Guthrie is a Senior Director of Strategy and Consumer Insights at Capital One, where they lead the company's competitive customer experience measurement suite and serve as a National Lead for its LGBTQ+ employee resource group. Previously, they held various roles at Capital One, including Manager and Senior Analyst of Strategy, and worked as President of Avatar Tutoring, coaching professionals and students. Lance currently chairs the Board of QVA (The University of Virginia's Queer Alumni Network), focusing on support for the LGBTQ+ community within the university. They earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, where they also minored in Civil Engineering.
