Lee Davis

Lee Davis is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and data solutions. As Co-Founder of Retain since June 2022, Lee Davis plays a pivotal role in developing a legal talent technology solution that leverages big data and AI to enhance talent decision-making in law firms. Concurrently, Lee Davis serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Open Influence while previously holding the same title at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase, focusing on creating data pipelines with Hadoop and Spark, and developing ETL pipelines using Java and Oracle SQL. Lee Davis holds a Master of Science in Systems Biology and Bioinformatics from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington and Lee University, complemented by diverse educational experiences at East China Normal University and the University of Oxford. Additionally, Lee Davis contributed to the Tech for Social Good program by developing an interactive web application for a non-profit aimed at promoting affordable homeownership in New York City.
