Lee Gilbert

Lee Gilbert is a second-year MBA candidate focused on project implementation and evaluation in the infrastructure sector. They have a diverse background in engineering and onsite development, having served as an Office Engineer with Clark Construction Group and as a Project Engineer, where they led various aspects of project delivery. Lee’s experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they specialized in program efficiency, and as an Associate Director at Guidehouse, leading management consulting teams. Currently, Lee works as a Business Analysis Manager at Capital One. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University.
