Mark Dickison

Mark Dickison is currently the Director of Data Science at Capital One, focusing on the well-managed use of Generative AI capabilities. They previously served as a Senior Manager and Technical Lead in the Model Risk Office at Capital One, where they contributed to various projects involving real-time actionable insights and internal speech recognition systems. Mark's earlier roles include Lead Scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they supported the FDA and worked on diverse Big Data projects, and a Postdoctoral Contractor at Penn State, managing a portfolio of research grants in social network analysis. They earned a Ph.D. in Network Physics from Boston University, following a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
