Mark Harmon

Mark Harmon is an experienced Machine Learning Scientist with a strong background in deep learning and a passion for creating impactful tools for businesses and customers. They co-founded the Therapies AI team at Tempus Labs, Inc., where they developed systems that significantly enhanced clinical trial recruitment. Currently, Mark serves as the CTO and Co-Founder of NavOut.AI and the Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Capital One, focusing on fraud detection models. They earned a PhD in Engineering Sciences and Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University, where their research centered on deep learning applications and novel algorithmic techniques.
