Matt Bosserman is an experienced people leader with over 20 years in retail design and experiential marketing. They began their career as a Project Manager in construction and architecture firms before progressing to McCall Design Group. At L Brands, they served as Associate Vice President of Store Design from 2005 to 2019. Most recently, they were the Head of Store Design at DICK'S Sporting Goods until 2023 and currently hold the position of Vice President, Head of Retail Design & Visual Merchandising, Premium Experiences at Capital One. Matt holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Cum Laude, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
